It’s no secret that Tamar Primak (AKA Ishtar fashion house) is hands down one of Dreed*Tea’s favorite Tel Aviv design talents. We followed her closely last year in our video production / interview, and she didn’t fail to impress us this year, when her latest collection went down the runway at Tel Aviv Fashion Week 2012.

Her collection was cohesive and the looks were complemented and completed with suede booties, crave-able handmade clutches, and golden barrettes.

Her signature peasant tops were re-incarnated this season with colorful hand embroidery.

We loved the ready to wear pants in luxe materials with meticulous tailoring, produced in such flattering shapes that any woman would look amazing wearing them. It was so nice to see pants on the runway, as they’re often left out in Israeli collections.

The intricate beads she collects from world markets and then dutifully applies to her pieces, always inspire our inner anthropological hippie.

Luxurious caftans with their roots in middle eastern gown heritage, modernized for the bohemian chic look.

Sweaters and jackets to keep us comfy and warm in style.

Signature camisoles and skirts for the desert heat.

Bright and bold summer maxi dresses.
