A fashion show for a cause took place in Jerusalem last Monday to prove a very important point that most holy land fashionista’s already know- modesty doesn’t have to sacrifice fashion.
It was a night of fun and class as Israeli designers in partnership with Yevel put on a benefit show for Emuna, an organization that helps children at risk overcome any obstacle. Part of the proceeds from the event were ear-marked for an art therapy program organized by Michlelet Emunah for girls in emotional distress.

The turnout was great as some of the best Israeli labels took to the runway: Maskit, Eliane Stoleru, and Bianco & Nero.

The ready to wear collections featured classic pieces that could be worn 20 years from now and still look fresh and fierce. Also presented in the show were head coverings by Rinati Lakel and jewlery by Yvel, whom also helps immigrants from Ethiopia – by offering assistance in finding their success in the new land.
